Second graders win back to school jingle contest

Two second graders at C.A. Frost Environmental Science Academy created a catchy jingle to remind Grand Rapids Public Schools families that the new school year starts Aug. 28, not after Labor Day.

Grand Rapids Public Schools has launched a national search to find the next principal of Ottawa Hills High Schools, and will also be searching for a new leader for its International Baccalaureate program, City High Middle School.
